Bowmore 12 years with 700 ml. and 40 % volume. A Single Islay Malt Whisky peaty and salty. Its a great Islay Whisky for a cheap price and very popular.

Nose: Emphatic burnt grass. Peaty. Soft smokiness. Palate: Fragrant smokiness seems to waft against an oily, earthy, background. Some seaweed. Some sherry. Finish: Not only is the smokiness sustained all the way through, it surges in the finish. Lots of salt, too.

Torfcharakter thront hier über allem, ob beim Nosing, Gaumentasting o. dem ziemlich langen Abgang, zwischendurch scheint etwas bittersüsse Schokolade durch. Whiskyliebhaber u.
