Nose: Bread fresh out of the oven. Palate: Lean, firm, grainy. Bread with dried fruits, specially candied orange peels. Welsh tea bread. Finish: Sweet. Expressive. Orange flower water. Comment: Slightly more grainy and less fruity than I remember.
