Soerlie XO Cognac with 1 Liter and 40 % Vol. This rich and intense XO is the result of our careful selection of the finest of Cognacs and skilfully blending them to reach the optimal quality. It is showing deep and complex flavours of glazed vanilla, old tannins with dry notes of leather and spices mixed with old smooth Limousin oak.
The blend in this Soerlie XO has a base from Grande and Petite Champagne with a smaller proportion of Fins Bois, finished with a topping of some Borderies. The average age of the blend is 15 years.
Whilst striving to make the most likeable blends and highest quality for the value to the consumer, we also pay special attention to the design in order to make a contemporary presentation for the sophisticated consumer. Cognac production represents centuries of tradition. Fully respecting this, but at the same time aiming to be innovative in blending, crossed with cutting edge design, we developed the Soerlie Cognac range.
