Soerlie VSOP Cognac with 1 Liter and 40 % Vol. This Soerlie Cognac VSOP is the result of our careful selection of the finest of Cognacs and skilfully blending them to reach the optimal quality.
It has a fresh and elegant nose, lively, yet smooth and mellow, mixing fine aromas of flowers and ripe fruit mingled with subtle notes of French Limousin oak. The blend is made with a Fins Bois base finished with a blend of Grande and Petite Champagne and a proportion of Borderies. The average age of the blend is 6 years. At Soerlie Cognac, our aim is to think new and to create a crossing between the fine Cognac-producing traditions and the preferences of the consumer of the 21st Century, both in terms of taste of the product, as well as its presentation.
Whilst striving to make the most likeable blends and highest quality for the value to the consumer, we also pay special attention to the design in order to make a contemporary presentation for the sophisticated consumer. Cognac production represents centuries of tradition. Fully respecting this, but at the same time aiming to be innovative in blending, crossed with cutting edge design, we developed the Soerlie Cognac range.
