The real Ameland Nobeltje is a liqueur, which is distilled since 1902 in Ballum, a village with only 400 habitants.
The Nobeltje was hand bottled and hand distilled, today are the bottles filled up with a modern technique. But the recipe is always the same, like in 1902.
