Nemiroff Premium with 1 Liter and 40 % Vol: Dubbed elite-class vodka with a delicate taste, it is a strong and mild vodka with a slight mint flavour that gives a lasting after-taste. The vodka is purified by the classic technology and undergoes additional purification. Nemiroff Premium was introduced in March 1999 and is exported to 27 countries. The product is also available in gift packaging.

It is widely believed that the trade mark name is based on the owner's name. In reality, Nemiroff's history began in a little city of Nemyriv near Vinnytsya, in the very heart of the Ukrainian Podillya area, among crystal-clear lakes, high hills and golden fields. Rich soils and good climate attracted Scythians to the area; during Middle Ages, Nemyriv was the centre of the region's social and cultural life. For instance, six of the Ukrainian Hetmans held their residence there.

The first written record of the Nemyriv «fizz vodka» dates back to 1752. No wonder, as every estate produced its own vodkas and bitters for the landlord's home use. And those were truly remarkable; many were made by the alphabet – from anise and birch-tree to cherries and up to zephyr lily.

In mid-19th century Nemyriv gets an owner, in the person of Count Boleslaw Potocki, an offspring of an old noble family. His daughter Maria got married to Count Grigory Stroganoff, a member of another glorious and fabulously rich family. For dowry, Maria receives her father's possessions in Nemyriv, and the city found new owners. In 1872 Count Grigory Stroganoff opened a distillery in Nemyriv, which was the largest in the Podillya Area.

His daughter, Countess Maria Shcherbatova, continued the business that her father opened. It was her thoughtful and balanced approach to business that laid the foundation for the company management, which the Nemiroff Company uses today: invariably high requirements to the product quality, employment of the best specialists, timely upgrading of equipment. Some of the items that the Countess bought a century ago – for example, riveted alcohol vats – are still in use and are a living proof of their unrivalled quality.

By the early 20th century, the high-grade alcohol distilled in Nemyriv was not only delivered to the nearby cities, but also to Odessa and Kamyanets-Podilsky to be exported abroad. In 1920. former estate of the Shcherbatov Counts was nationalised by a decree of the Council of People's Commissars, but the Nemyriv distillery continued its operation, becoming the standard of quality and stability of taste.

«I will gain fortune for my country, and a good name for myself» - this is the centuries-old motto of the Stroganoff family. Activities by the Nemiroff Company gave it new sense, since today its products are the standard of high quality, reliability and stability.
