ich strecke ihn nach dem schütteln mit etwas milch auf, sonst hat er fast eine pudding-konsistenz. ohne schütteln setzt sich alles unten ab und es wird von gläschen zu gläschen schwerer in aus der flasche zu bekommen ... sehr lecker...
