Your typical Mortlach: big, powerful and sherried. Matured in first fill and refill sherry casks.

Tasting Notes of the Mortlach 21 years:

Nose: Clean with fruit notes - pear drops and aromas.
Palate: Rich, smoky with sherrywood elements. Drying with fruit and oak flavours.
Nose: Ripe fruit with a floral edge. Spicy almost herbal aromas - rosemary and tarragon.
Palate: Smoky with wood oil notes. Hints of braken and green leaves with sherry flavours.
Finish: Sherrywood with a delicate floral edge.
