This Glengoyne whisky is not filtered. Distilled 1996 and bottled 2010. Complete 2.817 bottes was filled with this great stuff.
Tasting Notes for Glengoyne 1996 Port Cask Finish:
Nose: Gingerbread with walnuts and cloves, soft malt and gentle amber wood
Palate: Clean, fruity burst, spicy bubblegum, dried apricot, lemon zest and malt syrup.
Finish: Dries, spiced vanilla sponge with citrus and peppermint.
