Evan William Honey Reserve Liqueur with 700 ml. and 35 % Vol. We was a bit skeptical when I saw Evan Williams Honey Reserve. Surprisingly, it is worth much more than that. If you’re expecting a standard whiskey, it’s not here. It’s lower proof and clearly has a honey flavor, as it is made with real honey. You can still clearly taste the Evan Williams bourbon, though mostly in the aftertaste. For a refreshing drink on the rocks or an interesting medicinal concoction it will make a welcome addition to the cabinet, to be brought out on occasion.
