Tasting notes of the Edradour Cotes de Provence Wood Finish:
Nose: Rich, sweetness. Banoffee pie, cream. Winter spice, rum notes, Tokaji, marmalade, barley sweetness.
Palate: Full and thick, truly gluttonous, notes of digestive biscuits, winter fruitcake, steeped in brandy and spice.
Finish: Good length, very thick, sweet spices.
